What is the turnaround time?
Under my graphic design programs, I work on one project/revision at a time and each project request/revision has a same-day to three business day turnaround time, depending on the program you select.
You can send in as many requests as you want and I will work through them like a production line.
Turnaround times are not guaranteed and may be extended due to complexity and page length of projects.
How many revisions can I make?
You get as many revisions as you need.
Just remember, each revisions will be treated as a new creative requests and may affect the delivery timelines of other pending/active requests.
Who owns the creative work?
You do!
All of our work is customized for you and your brand. You have 100% ownership of the files the moment I deliver them to you – which come in the native Adobe formats, JPG, PNG and Adobe PDF format.
All of your files will be stored online in a Dropbox folder that you may access and download at anytime.
Can I design _______?

Yes. You will be working with me directly and I will be completing every design request. I do not outsource my work. Therefore, your designs will stay consistent and you will know exactly who you are working with at all times. I prefer long term clients. who are looking to hire me for the life of their business.
